Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• unused

• in its original condition

• with all tags attached

• in the original packaging

• and accompanied by proof of purchase/order number

Returns sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we ask you to ship your package back to us. You will not be provided a return label.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is:

• defective

• damaged

• or if you received the wrong item

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Want a different size or color?
Return the item as normal and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing.

EU - 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to an EU country, you are entitled to a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.
The item must be returned in the same condition as described above.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 10 business days.
